Please keep in mind when placing your order that we strive to ship out all orders same day, but orders placed after 12:00pm (CST) may not be filled and shipped until the next business day. Our daily pick-ups for FedEx and UPS are at 3pm and USPS is at 10am. We ship from our primary location in Springdale, AR.

Ground Shipping
All orders placed with "Ground Shipping" will typically take 2-5 business days from the day the package leaves our warehouse to arrive at your door. Depending on your location and order size we will ship via Fed-ex, UPS, or USPS. 

Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping prices are automatically generated by your mailing address. Please keep in mind that not all expedited shipping options offer a Saturday delivery. Overnight Shipping
If you need a package to be overnighted please give us a call at (888) 801-4391 (Ext 702) so we can get you a rate based off your package size and zip code to ensure we get it quoted correctly and shipped out in a timely manner. 

Holiday Shipping
Whenever the holidays approach, you may experience delays in shipping due to inclement weather and increased volumes. Be sure to watch your local weather channel for updates on the weather.

Shipping Tracking Information

If you provide a valid email address, your tracking number will be emailed to you after your order is shipped. If you did not receive a tracking number, please contact us through the contact us page, and we will provide it to you.
