30-Day Warranty Policy
We offer a 30-day stress-free warranty. If 30 days has passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, exchange, or replacement. We may make an exception during gifting season. If the item was a gift, contact us with further information.
Lifetime Warranty Policy
We offer a lifetime, no questions asked warranty on our 7-Piece Corral Fence. If you would like a replacement, please contact us.
Refunds, Returns, & Replacements
If you purchased your item from a store or website other than Big Country Toys, we ask that you return it to that retailer. We cannot issue refunds or replacements for items purchased from Amazon or other retailers.
For an item to be eligible for a return or replacement, it must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt, order number, or other proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to inform you if we approve or reject your request for a refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within a few business days.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your package to reach us may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late/Missing Refunds
