Returns & Replacements

Our Warranty Policy

Our warranty policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, exchange, or replacement (with the exception being our lifetime warranty items).

 

Refunds / Returns (if applicable)

Note:
We ask that you make your return at the store or website you purchased it from. 

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase such as an order #. For more information on return shipping, please see the section on return shipping below.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and wether or not we approve or reject your request for a refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you are planning to return an item to us for a refund, please fill out the form below with your information, so we can track the package's progress.

Note:
Gift cards are non-returnable.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us through our contact us page, and we will reach out shortly to provide further assistance.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We ask that you make your exchange at the store or website you purchased it from. 

 

We will exchange items for items of equal or less value, but your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. You will also have the option to receive a e-gift card of your order total. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase such as an order #. For more information on return shipping, please see the section on return shipping below.

Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and wether or not we approve or reject your request for an exchange.

Replacements

Note:
We ask that you try to get your item replaced by the store or website you purchased it from first before you contact us. 

 

If you believe your product is defective and it is within the warranty period, please fill out the form below to apply for a replacement, and a Big Country Toys representative will reach out to you shortly.  

Gift Returns or Exchanges

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you and it is within the warranty period, you are eligible for a refund or exchange. Please see the sections above on returns or exchanges for more information.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, please have the gift giver reach out to us in regards to this gift return.

Lifetime Warranty Products:

We will replace all lifetime warranty items for free, however, we do require that you pay for the shipping to us. 

Return Shipping Information:

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning or exchanging an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your package to reach us may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
